Index to Jan Boonstra's cycling pages
The first cycling tour I made was in 1962. It was about 1000 kilometers and I crossed all over The Netherlands in 10 days. Since then, I have made cycling tours in 31 countries and have kept daily logs during those trips since 1969.
A few of these logbooks were used partly or completely, together with photographs taken, to prepare websites. The following sites are available in English:
- Cycling in Thailand
- The first part of my Bangkok - Singapore trip in 1995
- Cycling in Malaysia
- The second part of my Bangkok - Singapore trip in 1995
- A cycling tour in western Japan
- A clickable map of western Japan with references to photographs and short stories, made during my cycling tour through Korea and Japan in July 1993.
