Tanuki Japanese Restaurant Tanuki is a Japanese restaurant located in Nashville, Tennesee, USA. There are a couple of Korean goodies on the menu (kalbi and kimchee), and several Korean families are regular customers. The Web site includes instructions on how to find the restaurant, a couple of pictures of the restaurant, and a sushi page which discusses the many types of sushi.
