Jesse & Michelle are in Michelle & Danny's bedroom. Jesse is trying to get Michelle to leave with him telling her that it's not about the family business anyone that Danny has started to fall in love with her. Jesse kisses Michelle. Michelle gets him to leave. Drew comes out from where she was hiding and Michelle and Drew decide that Michelle has to go through with Danny's plan. Drew agrees to help Michelle with the plan.
End of scene
Danny enters the confessional.
Danny: "Bless me father for I have sinned." crossing himself. "It's been--well--my last confession was a while ago. Father I'm--I'm in a situation Father a complicated situation. It involves my wife Father. In order to save her live I have to get someone out other way."
Father Tomas: "Well surely there must be a better way to solve this problem."
Danny: "No Father I'm---I'm obligated to her. My Family--my family is looking for a way to make her pay of killing my brother. It was an accident. It was self-defense but you know my family. That doesn't matter."
Father Tomas: "Yes Danny I know your family but I also know you."
Danny: "I have to protect her I can't let anything happen to my wife. I don't have a choice Father."
Father Tomas: "There's always a choice. Pray for it Danny. Promise me you won't do anything til you come back. You must fine another way!"
Danny: "I'll pray on it Father but please say a prayer of forgiveness for me."
Father Tomas: "Well I can't absolve you for something you haven't done something I hope to God you will never do but I will say a prayer for you."
Danny: "Thank You Father."
Father Tomas: "In the name of the Father, the son and the holy spirit.(Danny crosses himself and is getting visibly upset) Dear Lord remember Daniel in his time of great confusion and help him--help him to find a path to your grace and Dear Lord grant him the strength to forgive and forbear vengeance on his brother. In the name of the Father, the son and the holy ghost Amen."
Danny: very emotional "Amen"
Father Tomas "Daniel if you give into your fears and don't listen to God as to what's best for you your soul will be in danger. Please you must not do This!"
Danny: "I will---I will try Father." Danny leaves the confessional.
Danny: Looking towards heaven "I'm sorry I don't see any other way."
Danny's cell phone rings It's Michelle.
Danny: "Ya"
Michelle : "I'm glad I got you."
Danny: "Look I can't talk right now."
Michelle: "Wait---Don't hang up Um--it's about Jesse."
Danny: " What about Him."
Michelle: " I know he can't be in our lives so I've found a way to keep him safe and get him out forever."
Danny: "How?"
Michelle: "Meet me at the lighthouse and I'll tell you everything when you get there."
Danny: "OK "
Danny hangs up and looks up towards heaven 'Thank You"

Michelle enters the lighthouse and starts placing candles around. She turns, hesitates when she sees the bed, then slowly walks towards it and sits down, she clutches a pillow to her.
Danny is looking down at her from the stairs: "Nice place."
Michelle: "Um Yes I know."
Danny walks down "I saw you come in from the um--observation deck." Michelle makes a face. Danny picks up a candle, " So?"
Michelle still placing candles: "So what?"
Danny: "Why are we here? What was your plan?"
Michelle turns to him sighs, "This place. This is where Jesse and I first made love. We said private wedding vows to each other before God. It was the truest words I've ever spoken."
Danny: sighs "OK so what are we doing here Michelle taking a some sort of trip down memory lane?"
Michelle: " No this is where it has to be."
Danny: "What?"
Michelle: "If I'm going to convince Jesse I don't love him anymore then he has to find us here--------In bed."
End of scene
Michelle is on the phone with Drew. Michelle is very emotional. "OK OK We'll be ready." Michelle turns to Danny "He's on the way over here."
Danny obviously nervous: "You know Michelle it's one thing to say that you're going to do this and another thing entirely to actually go through with it. Can you---Can you go through with it?"
Michelle slowly walks to Danny, puts her hands on his lapels and starts to kiss him slowly--small kisses at first then with more passion. Michelle starts to caress Danny's cheek and without any power over it Danny does the same. The kiss grows. Michelle pulls away but Danny leans into her like he doesn't want the kiss to end.
Michelle: "Does that answer you question?"
End of scene
Danny is turning the lights off as Michelle is lighting the last candle.
Danny: "Is that OK?"
Michelle: "Fine"
Danny: "OK he's going to be here soon--We'd Better--"
Michelle: "Uh ha Yes."
Michelle starts walking to the bed. Danny throws his jacket on the bed and takes his sweater off. Michelle turns and stares.
Danny: "What---We're going to do this -- right?"
Michelle: "Um Yes."
Danny takes his pants off as Michelle takes her sweater and skirt off. Michelle gets into bed and Danny follows.
Danny--Very nervous lets out a long sigh and smiles down at Michelle: "Do you know how beautiful you are?" He starts to kiss Michelle and caress her cheek.
End of scene
Michelle and Danny are kissing when they hear Jesse outside at the door.
Danny: "Come on we've gotta do this."
Danny starts to take Michele's slip off.
Michelle: "No, No, stop. I can't do this to him. I can't."
Danny: "What Michelle"
Michelle grabbing Danny's jacket: "I was crazy---I was crazy to think I could break Jesse's heart like this. I can't just rip it out."
Danny:" Ya well it sure beats a bullet don't you think."
Michelle:" I don't think you mean that. I know you're not like the rest of your family Danny."
Danny: "Michelle you know I didn't say I'd be the one to do it. Now we need to get him out of the way and you said that this would do the trick. Now Come ON"
Michelle: "NO!"
Jesse's at the door---"Michelle you in there."
Danny: "Look They're two lives at stake here yours and Jesse's."
Michelle grabbing Danny's jacket "No there has to be another way." Michelle jumps out of bed…Danny trying to grab her. Michelle grabbing the door handle "No Jesse…Don't come in here don't come up here."
Jesse: "Michelle what's going on let me in."
Michelle: "No I don't want you---I don't want to see you I don't want to see you--NO"
Jesse starts to open the door. Michelle leans on it with all of her weight crying. "NO"
Jesse: " Michelle come on let me in…Michelle"
Michelle: "GO AWAY"
Jesse:"Michelle this is our special place You know you wanted me to come up here, now I'm here."
Michelle still leaning on the door: "Part of me did want you to come but that was the old part. It was the past, Jesse. It's the past. You're going to ruin everything."
Jesse: "I'm not going to ruin anything Michelle."
Michelle: "You're going to ruin the memories we had. Trust me. GO AWAY!"
Jesse:" Michelle I'm not going to be shut down by you again. Michelle I love you."
Michelle:" I know, I know."
Jesse forces his way in, sees Michelle in Danny's jacket, turns to the bed and sees Danny in it, turns back to Michelle shaking his head "WHY?"
