April 6, 1999 First scene rick and Abby are in the kitchen arguing about him getting drunk last night. Michelle comes in and is looking for something. They ask her what she needs and she says that she hopes they dont have a problem with it but she is going to ask Jesse to move in with her. cut to Jesse and Drew at their place. He is looking at the paper and she wants to know when he is moving out. She goes over to help him look for an apartment and when they touch they both get uncomfortable then he starts telling her that she should run around the apartment in her skimpy night gowns ect. They argue about why they started living like that, Danny Michelle and everything else. He finally tells her that he cares about her. (the reason that I am including the Dresse stuff is because it is going to be important to Messe spliting up and Manny getting together.) end of scene next scene Ben and carmen at millennium for breakfast he decides to work for her and they are going to have dinner at his place tonight. Ben leaves and Danny and Pilar walk in. Pilar doesnt want to see her mother, she thinks Carmen is going to be mad. danny tells her she is going to be thrilled to see her, Pilar doesn't think so. Carmen turns and sees her and she is happy but the she turns to danny and says "what is she doing here?" Danny just gives her a half smile and raises his eyebrow at her. end of scene next scene The Santos again Carmen says that Pilar shouldn't have come home, she didnt have time to plan. Danny says he wqanted her to be surprised. Carmen tells her that they will visit and then she is going back. Pilar has no idea how Mick died they didnt want to upset her they tell her. Carmen tells her that she is special, she should act like, it dress like it and carry herself like she is. Carmen cant believe that Danny told Pilar about being married to Michelle, Pilar says he only did it after she squeezed it out of him. She goes to the ladies room and carmen asks Danny if he brought Pilar home as punishment for what she did to Michelle, he's trying to get back at her. Danny just looks at her. end of scene next scene Rick Abby and Michelle again. they are trying to talk her into taking time and thinking about what she wants, she says that she wants things to go back the way they were, she wants Jesse. they went out last night and everything was perfect. Abby thinks they should think about taking things slow (incidently, a version of the Manny music started playing here) Michelle admits that last night was a disaster and they seem to be two poeple playing parts, like they are playing who Micheel and Jesse used to be and doing the things they used to do. Rick asks her if it working and she says no, but she wants it to, Abby tells her that it will come, give it time, when she left him everything changed. M says thats why she has to make it work, she hurt him so bad. Rick asks her if sahe thinks by him moving in it will fix it. she says yes because they need time to work on their relationship without anything interfering end of scene next scene Drew and Jesse again Jesse has his hands on Drews arms and is rubbing them. She asks what he means he cares for her, he says that he just cares about what happens to her. she is telling him how she feels about him. she isnt going to wait around for him anymore, she wants to have fun and date again. the only thing that bothered me was he asked if she was going to pick up the phone and call Danny and she said maybe (I don't think either one of them wants to go down that road again though) they keep arguing and she tells him that she was the one that helped Michelle with the fbi, he tells her that if they (the Santos find out she is as good as dead. she says that at the time it seemed better than living without him. end of scene next scene Carmen doesnt want pilar to know anything about the business, she has tried to protect her from it all her life. Danny says that maybe he brought her here for himself, maybe he wanted to spend some time with her, carmen thinks it was very selfish of him. He says Selfish? who am i going to go to... You? (laughs) Michelle is gone, Micks dead, i have no one on my side. carmen says that she is on her side but he isnt buying that. he laughs at her. she is trying to pull a matera\nal act again but it's not going over. Danny says that pilar belongs here with her family, Carmen says she has protected her for the business and she will be damned if his broken heart is going to ruin it. he sasy she is only here for a week and he will keep her away from the business. Carmen says she doesnt trust him, says he hasnt been in control since he met michelle, he has been angry and out of control and she won't let him stop her from raising Pilar right, she won't have the life that carmen did, she will know nothing about the business. Pilar asks what she is talking about from behind her. end of scene next scene Michelle Rick and Abby Rick thinks that maybe she shouldn't work so hard, just let things happen. she says that she has to work at it, it's up to her to repair it. Rick says it's obvious that she needs to ask herself some questions and one of them is does she still care for Danny? She thinks for a minute and then says No, she was just acting. He says that from where he was sitting at the wedding it looked real to him. M says it wasnt. Abby thinks that maybe the reason she is having a hard time with jesse is because Danny is still on her mind. she says he never was on her mind. as a mtter of fact she saw him at Millenium last night with another girl. Abby asks if it bothered her and she says "why should it? I'm with jesse now. she know they think hse is rushing into things like she did with jesse then Danny and now with Jesse again. Abby says "are you?" she says she knows what hse has to do, rick says alright they can't force her to do anything, it's her decision, he just hopes she's doing it for the right reasons. she says she want's to be with jesse for the rest of her life, Rick says all they care about is that she is with a man that treats her right. Group hug and she is going to go tell Jesse he can move in. she leaves and Abby says she hopes it's not too late for jesse and M. Rick says if it is she is setting herself up for a big fall. Dresse jesse tells drew that she could have had him when M was with D, they could have been together and gotten closer. she sasy she didnt want to be second best. she just wants him out of there, she wants him to go and leave her alone. end of scene next scene The santos' they tell her how nice it is to have her home, they are making plans for the things they are going to do while she is home. She says she's not going back to Europe, shewants to stay there and be a real part of the family. Carmen looks upset and danny kisses Pilars hand and gives Carmen a look as if he is gloating. end of scene next scene Dresse arguing agin. she is trying to throw him out and he won't go, he won't leave things the way they are between them. she says that when Michelle can walk in a room and he keeps his eyes on her and only her then and only then will she know that there can be something between them. He takes her face in his hands and says he is looking at her and only her right now and from behind them Michelle says "Whats going on?" jesse turns and looks at M. end of show.
