Starts out with Danny and Pilar in Miliennium again
D: Pilar, come here.
P: What?
D: Listen to me.
P: Yeah?
D: I know that you have learned alot about our family while you've been
here, but it.. it doesn't mean that it's too late for you. I wnat you to
get out while you still can.......okay?
P: Well, It's not too late for you either Danny.
D: Yes it is, I'm too involed to get out now.
P: I know, I've read the newspaper articles.
D: Trust me, there's alot more than what you read in the newspapers.
P: Well, so what, you've done some bad things in the past, you don't
have to do them anymore.
D: You're not listening to me. Listen to me. When you make certain
decisions, when you do certain things it becomes impossible to turn
back. Do you understand?
P: (nods head) Why?
D: Because those choices, they change you. They turn you into someone
else.
P: You can turn that around... can't you?
D: No, I used to think so but once this life has its hooks in you it
doesn't let you go. Thats why it was best for you to be away all these
years.
P: Now I know, and I want to help you get out too. Let me.
D: ahhh.. you're crazy... I missed you. (Big smile here, I have missed
the smiles *sigh*)
P: I missed you too. I don't care what you did in the past, you're my
bother and I'll always love you. You know that.
D: You know (takes her hand) You know.. I think i am beginning to
realize why I brought you home. I wanted you to find out the truth
P: Now, why would you want that?
D: Because i want you to turn around and run. I want you to be free. I
don't want you to just be protected or sheltered, I want you to be
really free. (tears in his eyes) Mick and I never had that opportunity. 
You do, I want you to really take it. I want you to run like hell and 
never look back. You understand? (his pager goes off)
P: What, you're leaving?
D: Yeah, I've got to be somewhere else. Come here
(He hugs her) Just be glad that you don't .. have to be somewhere.
P: Don't go danny, stay and talk to me.
D: I want you to do something for me.  Don't be here when I get back....
You're better than this life, you're better than all of us. (Kisses her
on the top of the head) I love you Pilar.

He starts to walk out and Bill comes stumbling in all bruised and
holding on to his ribs.
He stumbles over to Pilar and she helps him to sit down.


Cut to dresse in bed and M walks in on them.
M: Drew I tri...
D: Michelle
M: I'm sorry I ah....
D: Oh my god
M:  I ahh I umm
D: Michelle, we wanted to tell you
M: No. don't worry I ahh I don't know why I am surprised. I ahh I really
should not be here.
J: Michelle don't go!
Drew looks from Jesse to M. Mwalks into the hall and Jesse follows her.

J: Michelle, Please... let me explain
M: No don't there's nothing to explain okay. Don't
J: Look, when Drew told me you were back in town I wanted to find you, I
wanted to tell you everything thats happened.
M: Please jesse, there's nothing else to say.
J: It shouldn't have been like this.
M: But it is.
D: Michelle, Michelle... we never wanted you to find out this way.
M: It doesnt matter how I found out.
D: I wanted to tell you the last time we talked but..
M: But you couldn't.. I understand alright, I get whats going on here..
alright Look, you always wanted him I guess you got him, I just should
have figured out that people arent always who I thought they were.
J; (to D) Can we have a few minutes alone?
D: are you sure?
J: Please.
M; you know what, you don't have to do this cause it's over.
J: Michelle, we have to talk and I think we should talk right now. (No
Michelle!!!Don't waste your time with TWV... Danny's downstairs with
Bill and Pilar! RUN MICHELLE RUN!!!)
D: Look, you guys can use my place, I'll stay out here.
M and Jesse go into the apartment and shut the door leaving drew out in
the cold LOL
M: Look, I just came over here to talk to Drew, I didn't know..If I had
known I wouldn't have.... I don't even know why I am in here with you at
all.... (she starts walking towards the door like she is going to leave
(YES! go downstairs M!!) but Jesse stops her. (BOO>>HISS!!)
J: I'm sorry... I am so sorry.
M just looks at him
cut to Drew praying to God not to take Jesse away from her

end of scene

Bill, Pilar and Danny
P: Who did this to you?
B; It was just a stupid fight
P: No, why did this happen?
D: Look.. Pilar look, go into the kitchen and get some ice and some
towels...Now.
pilar goes of to the kitchen
D: Did you get it in the ribs too? You should really (he puts his hand
on bills shoulder but Bill shoves it away) Hey!
B: Get the hell away from me...just get the hell away.
D: I'm just trying to help bill, thats all.
B: Look, you sister might by this act but I don't. What is this, is this
payback..is that what it is?
D: Believe me... I had nothing to do with this.
B: No, not you, your to much of a coward for that you just had to send
one of your goons out to do it for you right.
D: It wasn't me
B: Come on Danny, the guy told me to stay away from Pilar..it has your
name written all over it.
D: Well your wrong, it had nothing to do with me. You want to know the
truth. I would much rather Pilar hang out with you than anyone in my
family.
(hey, Bill looks just a little bit shocked right now)
B: You really didn't set this thing up.
D: I know who did.
Danny starts to walk away
B: Wait a minute, where are you going?
D: Don't you tell Pilar what happened okay. She doesnt need to know. You
understand?
B: Okay
D: And you watch your back from now on.
Danny leaves millenium
Pilar comes out of the kitchen with a towel full of ice for Bill 
P: Here, You look terrible
B: Thanks, it just hurts when I breathe
P: Do you want to go to the hospital?
B: No i'm okay...I'm okay
P: Wheres Danny?
B: He ahh he said he had to go do...do some business...I don't know.
P: I knew it! I knew I shouldn't have left him alone.
P: Tell me how this really happened.
B: I told you, it's was just some thugs okay.
P: Okay, now tell me the truth.
B: Maybe it was..more like a mugging
P: really, what did they take? Oh forget it..everyones been lying to me.
Just tell me the truth. My mother sent someone to do this to you didnt
she?
Bill looks at Pilar and then the door and doesn't say anything.

Pilar is sure that it was carmen that had bill beat up, he tries to talk
her out of it but she knows the truth and she knows that danny has gone
to confront Carmen about it. She tells Bill that he is the only one
thats been straight up with her and he finally admits the truth to her.

cut to carmen talking to her thug
C: I assume the job was done.
T: Yes
C: excellent *sigh* I don't know what she was thinking, taking up with
that boy. He was filling her head with ideas, poisoning her against me,
I was not about to let him take my baby away from me.
Just then you here a door slam and Danny comes into the room all out of
breath.
D: Oh, there you are, good job mother. (turns to look at the thug... i
wish we knew his name) Was it you?
C: What are you talking about?
D: Did he rough up Bill Lewis.. was it you?
C: danny, stop this
D: No, did you do it? He puts his hands on the thugs arms, pulls TT's
(The thug) Jacket down and THROWS him on Carmens desk and hauls off and
punches him in the stomach (even Scott who is very critical of fight
scenes was impressed with this. he laughed and said "It's about time he
got that out, if it only could have been that walking greasball
instead. Do I have a smart hubby or what? LOL) He then grabs TT's face
and I dont think he can breathe here, looks like Danny has his fingers
cutting off the air supply to his nose.
D: I'll kill you! Was it you? answer me.. answer me!!!
C: Danny, Danny you don't want to do this! Danny

cut to drew sitting on the floor in the hallway.
cut to M and J in the apartment (thank God he is finally putting his
shirt back on!) She is all teary and chocked up through this.

M: I don't know why this bothers me.. I mean, I left you right?
J: Michelle , I did not know this was going to happen.
M: I didnt know it was going to happen either and that was only because
I have been lying to myself this whole time.
J: It just happened though.
M: It didnt just happen
J: I swear it just happened.
M: Jesse, you guys have been living together alright. She has wanted you
from the minute she saw you and it was only a matter of time before her
little games worked. Especially after she sent me off to be with Danny.
J: Don't blame this on Drew okay.
M: How am I NOT supposed to blame this on drew Huh? we both know how
much she has wanted you and how hard she's tried to get you.
J: Well, it's not like she stole me from you. (more of TWV's
brilliant acting.) I mean, we weren't even together.
M: Okay, well how long exactly did you wait until we were apart..or was
it happening before i even left?
J: What? I can't believe i felt sorry for you walking in and seeing
this. You're the one who left me. You left for a month. you didn't say
anything okay. You didnt ask any quesions, you didnt ask anything, you
just left. You thought I would be here waiting for you or something.
M: I just was in love with you.
J: Well you got a funny way of showing it.
M: (pauses for a minute) You're right... you're right.. I am so sorry i have
hurt you in more ways than I can count...... I guess I'm getting what i
deserve now right?
J: No, it's not like that.
M: It is like that Jesse.... I dont even know what I'm doing anymore!
J: I know the feeling
M: You know, for so long...for so long I was convinced that you and I
were meant to be together, no matter what happened, and nothing worked
out, we kept trying at it and nothing happened. And without you in my
life now, I feel really..alone.
J: You shouldn't have to feel alone Michelle.
M: But i do and I don't know how I'm supposed to act or how I'm supposed
to feel or what i'm supposed to do anymore. The only thing that I KNOW
that i have left is that I used to love you. (Did you hear that? She
said used to, I USED to love you! Now we just have to get her to tell
adnny that she DOES love him!!!!)

Pilar tries to get Bill to leave her alone, she doesnt want to drag him
into her world because she is afraid for his safety but he wont listen
to her.

Back to Danny, carmen and TT. Danny still has TT on the desk.
D: I am giv
C: (trying to pull Danny off TT) Danny stop this, you don't want to
D: (to Carmen) BE QUIET! ( to TT) I am giving you the same warning you
gave Bill Lewis, you stay away fromn Pilar, you stay away from all of
them.. you hear me All of them! Dont touch them. He throws carmens arm
off him then picks up TT and throws him on the floor
C: Danny stop this. I've never seen you like this before Danny
D: Well get used to it, cause I've got a warning for you too mother
(turns back to TT who is fianlly on his feet again) Get out! Get out!!
(TT runs off)
C: What is this, you don't talk to me like this
D: YOU dont control me! I mean it, don't you mess with me or you will be
very sorry.
C: Are you threating me?
D: Be proud mother, I learned it FROM YOU! You always said to talk to
your enemies in the only language they understand didn't you?
C: So now I'm your enemy?
D: Leave Pilar alone.
C: Danny no please..
D: I will not let you bully her into being a part of this family.
C: Pilar is my daughter, I DON'T WANT TO LOSE HER!
D: Wake up mother, You lost her, she's gone. For once have some dignity
and let go mother, let go
C: What is happening to you, what is happening to you, what have you
become? (she tries to put her hands on his face but he knocks then away)

D: I've become you..are you satisfied? (tears, we have tears again, If i
were smart I would have invested in kleenex a month ago)
C: I would never turn on my family!
D: Oh right, what are you talking about? You destroyed this family.
C: No
D: Years ago
C: No
D: YES!
C: Everything was fine Michelle Bauer destroyed this (D: under his
breath "what are you talking about?") ever since she came into this
family Nothing NOTHING has been the same! Because of her I have lost one
son and I am not about to lose my other children!!
D: DON'T talk to me about, don't talk to me about loss.......... If you
ever speak about Michelle that way again, I won't be responsible for
what I do to you.

Cut to drew still out in the hall crying
D: Come on.... what is going on...what if he's not over her?.... what if
he takes her back?

Michelle and Jesse in the apartment
M: You obviously don't care about me anymore Jesse.
J: Michelle, I will always care about you.
M: You will always care about me but not the way you used to... and I
did that to myself, I did that to myself.
J: Stop, this isn't your fault you know, I think we would have ended up
like this anyway. I mean we tried to get back together but after you
were with Danny everything changed. I mean we tried everything, it just
wasn't there anymore.
M: Is it there with her?
Jesse just stands there looking at her.
J: with drew?
M: Mmmhmm, I mean do you love her? ......Actually I don't even want to
know at all.. don't even..I'm sorry I asked.
J: It's okay.
M: Jesse, I really want you to be happy, I mean that's all I want is for
you to be happy. I know that Drew really really loves you, I just hope
that you, well, that you feel something for her.
J: I do.
M: Okay.... Well hey, at least one of us isn't going to be miserable
right? (wiping a tear out of her eye)
J: Come on, you're going to be fine.
M: It's really nice of you to say that.
Michelle walks over to him: I'm so sorry that I've hurt you." Kisses him
on the cheek and hugs him.
Drew walks in with tears in her eyes and leans against the door.

Back at Drews.

Drew: I knew it, i so knew it. I'm sorry I don't know why we had... I'm
just going to go and get my stuff and I'll be out of your way.
J: Drew, Drew, drew
M: Drew
J: You're wrong okay
D: I know what I saw.
J: well, you're wrong about what you saw. Michelle was about to..leave.
M(crying) I was. I was saying good-bye. I was just on my way out.
D: Your way out.
M: Ummm yeah, I really hope you guys work out and umm, I hope you're happy
and.... I 'll just leave you two.
Michelle goes out and you can hear her sob as she shuts the door.
Drew Tells Jesse how scared she was and she thought she had lost him
again, he tells her that he is still looking at her and only her.
Michelle is out in the hall leaning against the door crying, she wipes
her eyes and walks away.

Danny and Carmen.

C: You can't mean what you're saying.
D: Try me mother, TRY ME!... try me.
C: You are not going to take my daughter away from me!
D: You are not her keeper. She deserves to be whoever she wants to be. I
never got that chance, Mick never got that chance because YOU took it
away from us! But not with Pilar! I am going to make sure that she gets
as far away from you as she can., and maybe she will find someone to
love and she won't have to worry that You will come around and DESTROY
IT! I know that I will never have that, thats my life. But I will be
damned before you take that away from Pilar!
C: When are you ever going to stop punishing me over Michelle?
Danny (is standing at the mantle and he takes his arm and sweeps
everything on it onto the floor) Damn you! I war...(he starts to walk
towards the steps almost falling) I warned you.
C: Danny! stop this please!
Danny leaves with carmen following right behind him.
