May 4, 1999 Hey guys I was pre-empted for the first scene, it was Danny going to get a CAT scan I do believe. Where I picked up was Rick and Michelle in the room with Danny. R- go get some rest, please M- ok R- ok Michelle walks out of room to the hall where carmen is pacing M-to carmen-he's resting C-you have no right M- I have every right I am his wife C- you're not his wife, you just married him to save yourself M- yeah from you, and thats exactly what he needs right now is to be saved from you C- oh please dont pretend to be caring of him M- I do care about him, and I want you to leave him alone C- i dont take orders from you M- carmen dont go in there, or I will tell the police exactly what you tried to do to me tonight David walks up and says- Am i interrupting anything here? C- (turms around a little spooked) No, what can we do for you officer? David- well first i would like to find out exactly what was going on when i arrived at the house earlier today, between you and michelle C- that can be explained David- good cause i'd like to hear all about it, but first I need to check in with officer Tonacca C- Who? david walks away saying he is the officer who responded to the accident M- wow I really could just tell him everything right now couldnt I? R- no he hasnt said anything yet M- turns to carmen- he will-turns and walks into the room scene ends Picks back up with carmen on the phone to dietz, saying that somehow Daniel founf out about our little plan to clean house. yes dietz i am talking about michelle, i dont know how he found out and i dont care. What concerns me is what he is gonna say when he wakes up back in dannys room M-holding his hand- hey can you hear me? R- michelle take it slow, dont force anything D- kinda clearing his throat C- walks in- hows he doing? R- he is still semi-concious C- daniel...danny its mama...sigh...look at him. he looks like a little boy right now, i remember when he used to run into the house and come and give me a big hug and you would say, i would ask him(k guys i couldnt get what she said here, something in spanish, I have no clue i think it was something about how much he loved her and she loved him) M- I guess you do love him carmen, in your own way C- i love him more than my own life M- no not more than your life David-walks in- dr bauer, how is the patient? D- I , I was going to the airport to go to CA, and then ummm M- then what please? D- i dont know, i cant remember, i cant C- lets out a big sigh Scene ends Starts back with m questioning more M- alright danny, i need you to think very hard, you were driving and you got into a car crash, what happened? D- kinda groaning- my head hurts ( oh that poor baby) M- with rick pulling her out of the room-no you wereliving with your uncle frederico, and he drove... R- cmon michelle M- no he has to remember rick as Rick and michelle leave the room mama lets out another big sigh Rick and michelle are in the hall R- i know your upset michelle, but you cant pressure him like this M- that woman is gonna fill his head with lies and i know he was coming back for me R- how do you know that? M- because i feel it in my heart (yeah) R-why? M- it is the only thing that makes sense rick R- michelle hes gotta remember at his own pace you cant force him to do something that hes not ready for Back to the room with david and carmen David- your sons recollection of what happened seems to be a bit vague C- hes coming around Davud_ well maybe you have some idea of why he was speeding C- he was obviously goign to fast D- obviously, do you ahve any idea why? The bottom of this is that you wanted me dead carmen. I know dannys gonna remember that C- my son was leaving town to get away from you M- then why did he turn around and drive 100 miles an hour? he was coming to save me C- i'll tell you exactly what happened michelle, danny found out that i was in danger, thats why he was speeding M- what? no he called the police, and he told them there was trouble C- he didnt say there was trouble because of you michelle, he just said there was trouble, so dont flatter yourself, my son came back cause he was worried about me(puke) scene ends C- i am gonna offer you a deal michelle, and you better listen carefully, because this is a real bargain M- and why should i believe anything that you say? C- if you leave danny alone forever, just walk out, our vendetta is over. No harm will come to your family or yourself, i swear it or on my sons life M- you swear? C- its a pretty good deal michelle, considering the alternative. Whats your answer? M- danny needs me, thats my answer May i just say OH YEAH!!! YOU GO GIRL!!!! michelle walks away from carmen to danny's bedside picks up his hand and kisses it Carmen is standing by the door giving the death stare
