Mr. Ahn, Chang Se, a former executive managing director of SeJong Commerce Co., leads the SeMun Trading Company.

While at SeJong, Mr. Ahn was the point of contact for A&MSD, a division of Rockwell International Corp. in the U.S.A. In 1993, Rockwell (now Boeing) successfully entered into a contract for an under water acoustic analysis system with the Republic of Korea Navy. This achievement is notable considering the competition from German and French industry who had established the initial requirements for the program before Rockwell was even introduced as a participant.

With his military experience in Republic of Korea Navy during 1971-1976 as a supply officer, Mr. Ahn has been working in the navy related business for more than 26 years. In 1977, Mr. Ahn started his professional career by joining the Korea Tacoma Marine Ind. Ltd., specializing in naval ships construction. Mr. Ahn had a vital role in securing the Indian Navy contract for 7 Offshore Patrol Vessels for the company in 1987. Following the significant Indian Navy contract, Mr. Ahn was promoted as the General Manager of the New Delhi Branch for KTMI in New Delhi. Mr. Ahn remained in the management position until 1990.

Mr. Ahns associates include former naval officers as well as the executives from the Korean Defense Industries. Mr. Ahn also has an extensive network U.S.A and Europe based associates who support his marketing and sales efforts within the South Korean market.
